Adding employees to OT groups

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Overtime Equalization > OT Group Setup.
  2. Click Edit beside the group you want to add new members to.
  3. In the OT Group Members section, click the new row icon, and specify this information:
    Employee
    Select the employee you want to add to the group.
    Percentage
    Specify the number of OT points to assign to the employee.
  4. Click Save.
