Displaying shifts in the Staffing Center

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Central Staffing > Staffing Center.
  2. Select the date and time for the schedules that you want to display. You can only see shifts for the date and time that you select. The default is the current date and time.
  3. Select one of these modes:
    • Unit Mode: Displays the shifts grouped by units.
    • Position Mode: Displays the shifts grouped by positions.
  4. Select one of these options:
    • By Hours: Displays the shifts with workload hours.
    • By FTE: Displays the shifts with FTE. FTE is a numerical value representing the full-time equivalent of an employee. For example, an employee with 1.0 FTE could represent a full-time worker, and an employee with 0.5 FTE could represent a half-time worker.
  5. Click Load. The units or positions for your selected date are displayed.
In Unit Mode, you can expand the teams that you have access to view the shifts by position. In Position Mode, you can expand the positions to view the shifts by unit. When viewing units, both the team name and description are displayed. Administrators can localize and configure both fields (for example, to show or hide the description).
