Copying a row

You can copy a row and paste the contents to one or more rows. The shifts, labor metrics, skills, or any combination of these can be copied. An offset can be applied to adjust the shifts by one or more days when pasting the row.

  1. Edit the MR or OTS.
  2. For the row you would like to copy, right-click inside the Employee column and click Copy.
A copy options panel is displayed on the right side of the MR or OTS edit screen. The Employee column of the selected row is highlighted in blue.
  3. Specify the information from the copied row that you would like to paste:
    Labor Metrics
Select this check box to copy the row's labor metrics.
Note: If this option is selected, the job is also copied to the pasted row.
    Shifts, with offset
Select this check box to copy the row's shifts. Optionally, click the + and - buttons to specify the number of days to offset the pasted shifts.
    Skills
Select this check box to copy the row's skills.
  4. Right-click inside the Employee column on the row you would like to paste to and select Paste.
  5. You can repeat the previous step to paste the row to additional rows. Before each paste, you can change the offset or the information that is being pasted.
  6. To stop pasting, click inside the Employee column of the row that was copied.
