Inactivating an OTS template

You can inactivate a One-time Schedule (OTS) template if it is no longer needed due to organizational or operational changes. An inactivated OTS template cannot be used to create OTS schedules after the inactivation date. An OTS template can only be inactivated after the end date of the latest OTS schedule that is based on the template.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > One-time Schedules > Manage One-time Schedule Templates.
  2. Click Edit for the OTS template you would like to inactivate.
  3. Click Inactivate.
  4. Specify the last date the OTS template can be used to create a new OTS schedule in the Inactivation Date field.
  5. Click Submit.
The OTS template is inactivated and cannot be used to create a new OTS schedule after the inactivation date. The inactivation date is displayed for the OTS template in the Manage One-time Schedule Templates page.
