Job Requirements View

The Job Requirements view displays a list of teams, job times, and jobs based on the defined staffing requirements. This display allows you to view a schedule by team, grouped by job times. For each job, the staffing requirements (by overlapping job times), as well as the employees assigned to the job, are identified.

You can view the following information within the Job Requirements view:

  • Teams within the schedule and job times within the team
  • Jobs within the job times, containing staffed (and unstaffed, if the batch process to create unstaffed shifts was executed) shifts
  • Unassigned employee pool
  • Coverage displayed at the team, job time, and job level
  • Schedule period currently being displayed
  • Schedule Compliance status icons
