Job Attributes

The following is a list of the attributes that you can configure:

Team and Job attributes are always required and these values always require an exact match.

  • Activity
  • Skill
  • Skill Level
  • Project
  • Docket
  • Department
  • Flag 1 - 10
  • UDF 1- 10

Priority, as defined in the system, is no longer used as a matching attribute when performing the Create Unstaffed Shifts process. Consequently, MVS tree nodes no longer group based on priority.

Sorting

You will also have to sort any of the selected attributes, with the most important attribute appearing at the top of the list, so that the processor can properly prioritize the criteria when it finds employees that share common attributes.

Priority (as defined in the system), Team, and Job attributes are always considered when sorting, followed by the selected fields in the configured sort order. For example, if there are two staffing requirements for the same job, but one has a docket value specified and the other does not (wildcard). When Docket is configured as one of the selected field attributes, the system fills the staffing requirement with the docket first (dependent upon finding an employee with a matching docket value), rather than filling the staffing requirement with no docket value specified.
