Employee View

The Employee view provides a complete view of all employees that belong to the selected team(s), including their schedules with vacations, absences, and availability. For each employee row, the system tallies and displays the number of hours scheduled per employee for each day and for the whole schedule period.

For example, if Mary works 3 hours per day Monday to Friday, her total for the week is 15 hours and her total for each day is 3 hours.

You can view the following information within the Employee view:

  • Employees within the schedule and employees within the team
  • Total daily hours for all shifts scheduled to the employee
  • Total weekly hours for all shifts scheduled to the employee
  • Schedule period currently being displayed
  • Schedule Compliance status icons
