Availability Management

The availability information that is defined using availability overrides is visible in the Employee Pool section of the Relief Calling Area, the Advanced Schedule View, and the Staffing Center.

  • In the Relief Calling Area, you can filter the employees in the pool based on their availability for the relief shifts that are being offered.
  • In the Advanced Schedule View, employee visibility can be viewed by toggling the Availability display option. When filling unassigned shifts, employees can also be filtered based on their availability for the shift being filled.
  • The Staffing Center can also provide similar filtering of employees based on availability.
