Updating team schedule cleanup statuses

You can update the schedule cleanup status to put a cleanup process for an entire team on hold, or you can reset the status of a failed schedule cleanup to retry the process. You can also update the schedule cleanup status for individual team members.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Schedule Cleanup Requests.
  2. Select Team Schedule Cleanup and click Go.
  3. Click the pencil icon for the cleanup process that you want to edit.
  4. Select the new status for the entire team process in the Status field and click Save.
  5. In the Employee Schedule Cleanups section, select new statuses for individual employees in the Status column and click Save.
