Team schedule cleanup

Team schedule cleanup clears the schedule for an entire team during a specified date range in the future. This can be used to clear out shifts from employee schedules for teams that are eliminated due to organizational changes.

Team schedule cleanup affects all schedules that are specific to the selected team. This includes shifts for the team that are assigned to home team members or temporary team members. It also includes book offs and rows in Master Rotations and One-time Schedules. Shifts that belong to other teams are retained, even when those shifts are assigned to home team members of the specified team. When initiating a team schedule cleanup, you can choose to unassign the shifts belonging to the specified team or delete the shifts.

Team schedule cleanups are performed by the job scheduler using the Team Schedule Cleanup Task. This task cleans up the schedules for all home team and temporary team members individually. When the task is finished, a Workmail notification is sent to users based on the task configuration.
