Cleaning up employee schedules

You can clean up the schedule for an individual employee for a specified date range.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Schedule Cleanup Requests.
  2. Select Employee Schedule Cleanup and click Go.
  3. Click Create New Entry.
  4. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Select the employee for whom you would like to clean their schedule.
    Start date
    Select the start date for the schedule clean up. This date must be today or a date in the future.
    End date
    Select the end date for the schedule clean up.
    Status
    Select READY.
  5. Click Save.
The employee schedule cleanup is saved and is performed the next time the Schedule Cleanup Task runs.
