Shift Swap

The Shift Swap feature in the Employee Transaction Manager (ETM) and mobility is integrated with MVS. This integration allows employees to initiate a request for a one-way or two-way shift swap. Employees may swap entire MVS shifts that are assigned to them. Partial shift swaps are not supported in MVS. When the swap is approved, the MVS schedule picks up and displays the result of the shift swap.
