Configuring Mobile Shift Offer

Schedulers in MVS can use the Mobile Shift Offer feature to offer open shifts to employees by text message (SMS), phone call (IVR), email, or other methods. Employees can then respond to claim the shift. Mobile Shift Offer requires a third-party service provider to manage the offering of shifts.
