Availability

The Availability functionality available in mobility is directly tied to the core Availability form and generates the business object according to that form. As such, although the workflow attached to that form can be modified, a custom availability form cannot be used with mobility. Mobility can only generate the availability request; approval must be completed outside of mobility using ETM or the desktop application.

Note: 
  • The Team field is not available for use in the mobility availability feature.
  • The USE_MILITARY_TIME registry parameter is not used by mobility. Instead, the configuration of the current user's locale determines if availability start and end times are displayed in 12-hour or 24-hour format. For example, if the System 24 Hour Time check box is disabled for the ENGLISH locale, availability times are in 12-hour format when viewed by users in the ENGLISH locale.
