Viewing and deleting overrides that have been applied to the timesheet

Users can view and delete overrides that have applied to the timesheet in the Overrides section of the timesheet. For example, if there is an override that is causing an error, a manager can address the issue in the mobility timesheet without going to the desktop application.

Note: The TS_HIDE_OVR_BY_STATUS registry parameter is used to determine which override statuses are displayed when viewing overrides. For example, if the registry includes the ERROR status, then overrides that have a schedule compliance error will not be shown. See "TS_HIDE_OVR_BY_STATUS" in the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide.

To see an override that has been applied to the timesheet on a given day, the user's security group permission for the override type must be set to View or Edit. In addition, the Active, Show?, and Show on Timesheet options must be selected for the override type.

For more information on overrides types, see the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

For each override that is shown, the override type, status indicator, and details are displayed. The status indicators are ! (ERROR), ? (PENDING), and + (APPLIED). The details include the field labels on the override and their respective values, the name of the user who applied the override, the date and timestamp of when the override was applied, and any override comments.

To view the Overrides section on the mobility timesheet, users require View or Act permission to the GROUP_TIMESHEET_DETAILS_OVERRIDES element, which is found on the MOB_TIMESHEET maintenance form.

To delete overrides from mobility, users also require Act permission to the ACTION_TIMESHEET_DETAILS_OVERRIDE_ALLOW_DELETE element.
