Adding a preference

  1. Select the staff group or staff groups for which you want to specify the preference.
  2. Click the Staff Rules tab.
  3. Select the Disabled check box next to the preference you want to apply to the staff group.
  4. Specify any required values, if necessary.
  5. Specify a weight using a value between 1 to 10, with 10 being the most preferred.
  6. Click Save.
