Overview

Staffing criteria define the required jobs for the location, the skills, the level of skill required, and the activities that the employee performs. Until staffing requirement details have been defined, the staffing requirements is not a complete entity and is unusable. (For information about staffing requirement details, see Advanced Minimums.)

You can only add or edit an individual staffing criteria at a time, although you can then apply that criteria to multiple departments. You can, however, delete multiple criteria at the same time.

You can add, edit or delete staffing criteria by:

  1. Searching for staffing requirements in the Operations section.
  2. Selecting the item (or items, if deleting multiple criteria) from the Staff Requirement Results table.
  3. Using the Results section’s Add, Edit or Delete buttons.
