Defining hours of operation

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Setup > Hours of Operation.
    All existing hour sets are listed in the Hours of Operation page.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Hours of Operation Set Name
    Specify the name of the set of hours.
    Hours of Operation Set Description
    Specify the description of the hours of operation.
    Team
    Select the highest-level team to which the hours set applies using the lookup.
  4. Click Save.
  5. For the location, specify the opening and closing times for each day of the week using the Open Time and Close Time fields.
  6. Click Save.
