Mobile Shift Offer

The Mobile Shift Offer feature allows store managers or schedulers to send out a request for employees to fill an open shift. The employees can receive the shift offer through mobile devices (text message), phone calls, or e-mail. The first employee to claim the shift and pass all validations will have their schedule updated in the system to reflect the new shift times. Mobile Shift Offer requires a third-party service provider.
