Relief Queue

The Relief Queue displays relief shifts and the statuses of relief shifts for selected teams or employees over a given date range. Users select parameters to determine which relief shifts are loaded in the Relief Queue. Users can then update the status of the relief shifts or offer a sub-set of the shifts to employees in the Relief Calling Area (RCA).

The user experience in the Relief Queue depends on the total number of shifts displayed and the date range selected in the screen. Customers can expect a reasonable user experience when loading up to approximately 300 shifts for a 28-day date range. Loading a larger number of shifts or a longer date range may degrade performance when working in the Relief Queue.
