Viewing the Payroll dashboard reports

  1. Select Payroll from the Header bar on the main page.
  2. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Select which employee’s information to view using the lookup.
    Team
    Select which team’s information to view using the lookup.
    Sub Teams
    Select the check box to display information from the sub teams of the selected team.
    Pay Group
    Select a pay group using the lookup to view the information of team members only in that pay group.
    Date Selection
    Select the date range of the information to view from the drop-down list.
    Start Date
    Specify the initial date from when you want to retrieve records if you selected Manual Date Range from the Date Selection drop-down list.
    End Date
    Specify the last date from when you want to retrieve records if you selected Manual Date Range from the Date Selection drop-down list.
    Action
    Select the information to view from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Go.
