Editing team schedules
- Select Team from the Header bar on the main page.
- Select the team whose members’ schedules you want to edit using the Team lookup.
- Select the Sub Teams check box to edit the schedules for employees belonging to the selected team’s sub teams.

Do one of the following:
- Select Manual Date Range from the Date Selection drop-down menu and specify a start date and end date for the date range.
- Select a predefined time period from the Date Selection drop-down menu.
- Select Schedule from the Action drop-down list.

Go.
If you do not have permissions to edit the selected schedule, a non-editable Schedule page is displayed with a notification. From this page, you can view the information, but not make changes.
If you have the required permissions to edit the employee’s schedule, the editable Schedule page is displayed.
- Click New in the date you want to edit.
- Select Sched Times from the drop-down list.
- Modify the schedule, as necessary.
- Click Submit.
