Using the WFM migration tool to migrate a custom script to a production environment

In most cases, you will develop your script in a Development environment and then migrate the fully tested custom script to your production environment. You can use the Workforce Management Migration Tool to accomplish this task. You will need to migrate the following to your production environment:

• The custom script table.
• Your extension script.
• The maintenance form and the fields that were added.
• The calc group that was updated with your custom rules and conditions.
