Overview of the TimeTrack clock

The TimeTrack clock can record when employees start and stop shifts, take their breaks, and change jobs, departments, dockets, or projects.

You can access the TimeTrack clock using a web browser on a tablet or desktop computer. You can perform clock punches on a desktop computer or other browser-enabled devices such as tablets. These punches are sent to the Workforce Management application and validated.

Depending on the clock configuration, a numeric keypad might be shown below the badge entry field. If the keypad is disabled, employees must use an external device such as a badge reader to enter their badge numbers.

See Disabling the keypad.

After completing a punch, the badge number prompt and confirmation is displayed at the center of the screen.

Other TimeTrack clock features:

  • Labor metric selection followed by badge entry.
  • Language selection menu to change the displayed language on the clock.
  • Supervisor mode to allow supervisors to enter punches on behalf of employees.
