Overview

The HTML clock can record when employees start and stop shifts, take their breaks, change jobs, departments, dockets, and projects. Employees can also approve time for shifts already worked.

Employees access the HTML clock using a web browser, which allows them to perform clock punches on a desktop computer or other browser-enabled devices such as smart phones and tablets. These punches are sent to the clock server and validated.

The HTML clock is designed to be accessed with a touch screen, but employees can also perform clock punches on a desktop computer by using a mouse and keyboard.
