Viewing the clock log

The clock log displays a list of transactions the clock has performed. Any errors that are displayed indicate problems. The error messages can provide guidance to correct the problems.

You can access the clock log in these ways:

  • Connect to the clock with the Admin Console and click the Log tab.
  • Open WinSCP, connect to the clock, navigate to <Clock_installation_directory>/log, and open the clock.log file in your preferred text editor.
