Two-Finger Scanner

The two-finger scanner is used to verify employee identities. The scanner photographs your index and middle finger and compares the photo to a picture stored in the clock. If the photo matches your picture, your clock punch is successful.

Before you can use your fingerprints to verify your identity, you need to register your fingerprints. Registering your fingerprints is called enrolling. See Enrolling Employees.

If the WB2000 is setup to accept your fingerprint, a fingerprint scanner is installed on the top of the clock on the left hand side.
