Assigning Due-Date Attributes

You can set up due-date attributes only for the Master version of the budget/forecast. The application ignores due-date setups for any other versions.

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Labor Budgeting > Labor Budgeting Settings > Forecasts and Budgets.
    The Forecasts and Budgets page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit next to the forecast or budget you want to assign the Scheduled (Due Date) Alert Attribute.
    The Forecasts and Budgets Detail page is displayed.
  3. Complete the following fields on the Attribute Detail area of the page:
    Attribute
    Use the lookup to select the appropriate Due Date attribute. Create an attribute for each location participating in the solicitation process.
    Attribute Value
    Specify the actual due date for the selected Attribute. The date format is MM/dd/yyyy.

    The Pending and To Review due dates alerts are set using this baseline date.

  4. Click Save to save the new attribute assignments.
Whenever the jobs for the scheduled due-date alerts run, they reference these attribute values and then process and deliver the due-date alert messages to the appropriate budget managers.
