Budget manager for multiple locations

If you are assigned the budget manager role for multiple locations, then you must take extra care when you release the budget/forecast.

For example, suppose that you are the budget manager for Locations 1.1 and 1.1.2.

If you release the budget/forecast down to all your immediate child locations for review (that is, you do not specify the locations to which you are releasing), then the system automatically skips any immediate child locations for which you are also budget manager and, instead, releases the budget/forecast further down to the next child locations.

For example, if you are currently viewing the budget/forecast as budget manager of Location 1.1 and you release the budget down to all your immediate child locations, the system releases the budget to Locations 1.1.1 and 1.1.3, and Locations 1.1.2.1, 1.1.2.2, and 1.1.2.3. The system skips Location 1.1.2, because you are that location's budget manager. Similarly, the state of Location 1.1.2 changes from Initial to Released.
