Mapping Non-Productive Hours to the Worksheet

To configure how the Budget Creation module identifies and estimates non-productive hours:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Labor Budgeting > Labor Budgeting Settings > Non Productive Hours.
  2. Decide whether to create a new type of non-productive hour or update an existing one:
    • Click the Create New Entry link to create a new type of non-productive hour.
    • Click Edit next to the type of non-productive hour to edit.

    The Non Productive Hours Detail page is displayed.

  3. Specify this information:
    Non Productive Hours Detail - Name
    The type of non-productive hour, as displayed on this page and on the Non Productive Hours page.
    Non Productive Hours Detail - Description
    The description of the type of non-productive hour.
    Non Productive Hours Detail - Column Name
    The column in the FCST_ITEM table in the database that corresponds to this type of non-productive hour. The Layouts Detail page maps data in this column to a column on the Worksheet. For information on configuring layouts, see Setting Up Layouts.
    Non Productive Time Codes - Time Code
    The time code for tracking this type of non-productive hours. See the Infor WFM Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
    Excluded Non Productive Hour Types - Hour Type
    The hour types excluded from calculations of non-productive hours. See the Infor WFM Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

    If you are creating a new type of non-productive hour, click Save after completing each area.

  4. Click Save.
