Locking the worksheet:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Labor Budgeting > Labor Budgeting Worksheet.

    Make sure that you display data for a single time period and multiple locations. See Displaying the Worksheet.

  2. Select the check box next to the root location.
  3. Click Lock.
  4. Optional. In the pop-up window, specify comments about the current lock process.

    If Change Types is set to Comment on the History page, these comments are displayed there. See Viewing historical changes to worksheet data.
