Location and Labor Budgeting Location Types

In the application, a location represents an entity with a physical location or a placeholder within an organizational hierarchy. For example, Retail Branch #23 is an entity because it has an actual physical location, while Southwest Division is a placeholder because it is a regional grouping with several branches, but no specific physical location itself. The budgeting modules use the LFSO location hierarchy, but they requires their own specific location types.
