Copying Auto-Assignment groups

You can copy an Auto-Assignment group to create a new group with the same settings. This is useful when creating groups for multiple teams or locations that use similar rules.

  1. Select Scheduling > Auto-Assignment > Auto-Assignment Groups.
  2. Click Edit for the group you would like to copy.
  3. Click Copy.
    All the settings from the selected group are copied except for the Group Name and Group Description fields, which are cleared.
  4. Specify a name for the new group in the Group Name field.
  5. Optionally, specify a description for the new group in the Group Description field.
  6. Update other settings for the new group as required.
  7. Click Save.
The new group is created and can now be selected when creating schedules.
