Basic navigation

Use the Timesheet Selection page to load the timesheets that you want to view. For example, you can search for the timesheets of employees in the Accounting team by specifying Accounting in the Team field.

There are two different views of the timesheet.

  • If you specify a single date to view, the daily view is shown. If multiple employees are selected, the timesheets for all employees for the selected date are shown. Use the back and forward arrows on either side of the date at the top of the page to move to other days.
  • If you specify a range of dates, the date range view is shown. Multiple employees can be selected for the date range view, but only one employee's timesheets are shown at a time. To switch to a different employee, use the forward and back arrows on either side of the employee name field at the top of the page, or select an employee’s name from the employee list.

    Use the back and forward arrows on either side of the date range at the top of the page to move to other time periods. The length of the time period depends on the date range that you selected.

In either view, summary information is shown in a series of tabs across the bottom of the page.

Note: The maximum number of timesheets you can load at once is determined by the MAX_NUMBER_OF_EMPLOYEES registry parameter.
