Filtering by request status

You can filter the list of employees based on the status of the time off requests.

  1. Select Time Off Approval.
  2. Click the Filters icon.
  3. Select one or more of these options:
    • Pending Approval: Displays employees with pending requests that must be approved or denied by their supervisor. This option is selected by default.
    • Pending Cancellation: Displays employees with pending cancelation requests that must be approved or denied by their supervisor. This option is selected by default.
    • Approved: Displays employees with requests that have already been approved by their supervisor and posted to their timesheets. This option is selected by default.
    • Cancelled: Displays employees with requests that were originally approved but were then successfully canceled by the employee or recalled by the supervisor. Also displays employees with requests that were denied. This option is not selected by default.
    • No requests: Displays employees who currently do not have requests for the currently displayed month. This option is not selected by default.

    The list of employees is filtered based on the options you selected.

    Note: This filter is an employee filter, not a request filter. If an employee has at least one request that matches the selected statuses, then all the requests of the employee are displayed. If an employee has no requests matching the selected statuses, then they are excluded from the list of displayed employees.
