Pending overrides

Submitting any pending overrides before running the payroll export is good practice. You can configure the Recalculate Task to check for any pending overrides when the task runs and recalculates the affected records.

The task searches for pending overrides of these types:

• HOLIDAY_TYPE
• LTA_TYPE
• POSTCALC_WORKDETAIL_TYPE
• PRECALC_WORK_PREMIUM_TYPE
• POSTCALC_WORK_PREMIUM_TYPE
• SCHEDULE_TYPE
• TIMESHEET_TYPE
• WORK_DETAIL_TYPE
• WORK_SUMMARY_TYPE

Optionally, you can ensure pending overrides are submitted before the payroll export by configuring the system to submit overrides automatically as they are created. Set the TS_APPLY_OVR_ON_INSERT registry parameter to True to enable this functionality. See the Registry Parameter Reference Guide.
