Overview

Employees can use the Shift Trades module to request shift trades with specified substitute employees. Employees can request these predetermined shift trades to trade for another employee's existing shift or to give a shift away to another employee.

Employees can trade shifts with or give away shifts to specified substitutes using these modules:

• Self Service Portal
• Mobility
• WFM desktop application

Employees can perform shift trades for their entire shift or for part of their shift. Shift trades can only occur between employees with the required job and skill qualifications to work the shifts being traded. Substitute employees must be available during the shift time.
