Possible results for claim requests

These are the possible results that users can receive when making a shift claim request:
  • The claim request is successful. The claimed shift is added to the employee's schedule.
  • The claim request is rejected. The shift remains available on the billboard.
  • The claim request is pending an approval decision. A workmail message is sent to the user responsible for approving or rejecting the shift claim.
  • The claim request is still processing. This occurs if the workflow cannot does not reach a result within 10 seconds. A workmail message is sent to the employee when the workflow produces a result.
