User accounts

All employees that can post shifts to or claim shifts from Shift Billboard must have user accounts. Employees must login to WFM through one of the available methods to access Shift Billboard functionality. Employees designated as team supervisors or other roles that can approve Shift Billboard transactions must have the appropriate team permissions configured for their user accounts.
