Claiming shifts in desktop view

  1. From the application menu, select My Schedule Hub.
  2. Select the Billboard tab.
  3. Select a date in the calendar to view available shifts on that date.
    Dates in the calendar with available billboard shifts are marked with a triangle in the lower right corner. The list of available shifts is displayed on the Billboard tab when you select a date in the calendar.
  4. Click a shift.
    The details of the selected shift are displayed, including any schedule compliance warnings that would be caused by adding the shift to your schedule.
  5. Click Claim Shift.
    The claim request starts the workflow process. A message is displayed to notify you of the status of your claim request.
  6. Click OK.
