Viewing the results of a survey

You can view the results of surveys in the Employee Survey Results maintenance form for auditing purposes. By default, system administrators, supervisors, and payroll administrators can view survey results.

To view results of surveys:

  1. In the desktop application, select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Survey Response. All employee responses to surveys are shown.
  2. Click the Show Advanced Search icon to search for survey responses by survey description, employee, or participant start time.
  3. Specify this information:
    Survey
    Select a survey from the lookup to search by survey description.
    Employee
    Select an employee from the lookup to search by employee.
    Survey Participation Start Time
    Select a date from the lookup and specify a start time to search by participant start time. To specify a range, click the + icon and specify an end time in the To field.
  4. Click Go to update the search results.
  5. To view the details of a survey response, click Edit next to the response.
    All information shown is read only.

    In the Survey Participant Trigger section, the conditions that triggered the survey are shown.

    In the Survey Prompt Response section, the employee's responses to the prompts of the survey are shown along with the response times.
