Default application
You can select the default application to show when users log in based on their security
group. The default application can be the Self Service Portal or the Admin Portal (desktop
application).
Users with access to both applications can switch between them using an option in the menu.
This table show the default application for each security group:

For new implementations, the default application is assigned based on the security group of the user.
For upgrades for existing customers, the default application is not set. All users will continue to log in to the desktop application by default.
