Messaging
When a user has unread WFM messages, a red dot indicator is displayed on the application menu hamburger button and the menu option.
The Messages page contains these folders:
- Inbox
- Drafts
- Sent
- Deleted
As a system administrator, you can localize all the messages, fields, and labels on the Messages page. You can also hide or show fields for users in specific security groups.
