Accessing attestation from the hybrid timesheet

From the Timesheet page, users can access attestation by navigating to the Attestation section.
Note: By default, the Attestation section on the timesheet is not displayed after you enable the detailed time attestation. Since the timesheet is a hybrid page, mobility configuration is required to display the section.

To display the Attestation section, you must grant the appropriate security permissions to the GROUP_TIMESHEET_DETAILS_TIME_ATTESTATION element, which is found on the MOB_TIMESHEET maintenance form.

For more information on element security in mobility, see the Infor Workforce Management Mobility Administration Guide.

After a user accepts or rejects a record, the status (APPROVED or REJECTED) is displayed along with the date the attestation occurred. The Skip option is not available when accessing attestation on the timesheet directly.

For rejected records, the user's original comment entered at the time of rejection, if any, is also displayed. Users have the option of resolving the rejected timesheet by tapping the Resolve button, which changes the status of the record to RESOLVED.

Note: Attesting on behalf of another employee is not allowed. For example, if a supervisor accesses the attestation for another employee, a Pending status is displayed for days with outstanding time attestation records.
