    Violation Message

Enter the violation message that appears when this rule is violated.

Some fields are automatically populated by the system. This depends on the type of rule. For example, the employee name may be represented by {0}, the first parameter may be represented by {1} and the date may be represented by {2}. The custom rule developer has details on automatically populated message components.

    Parameter (1,2,3,4)

Name and specify each rule parameter as necessary. Again, the custom rule developer has details on the rule parameters.

The number and type of parameters that displays depends on the rule.

  5. Click Save.
The custom rule has been added to the catalog and is available for use in schedule compliance groups.
