Setting up users

Basic access is granted to users through these Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le security groups. The Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le user can be assigned to the WFM security groups. For more information on WFM security, see Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Security group Use
WFM-BIRST-Model-Administrator

Model administrator with full admin rights to the model spaces.

WFM-BIRST-Consumer-Administrator

Consumer administrator with full admin rights to the consumer spaces.

WFMOPBIRST-User User with rights to only run reports.
WFMBIRST-Developer Report developer with rights to create and modify reports.

Infor WFM Operational Reporting with Birst have assigned the Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le security groups to the Birst spaces to control access to the Birst studios and capabilities within the studios.

With proper licensing, ability to customize the metadata model.

Ability to import new reporting packages.

Ability to create users and user groups.

Ability to create custom reports directory.

Access to reporting studios for modifying and creating new reports and dashboards.

Ability to modify and create custom subject areas.

Ability to create users and user groups.

Ability to create custom reports directory.

Access to reporting studios for modifying and creating new reports and dashboards.

{Tenant Name}-WFMOP-Consumer WFMOPBIRST-User Access to run reports.

Additional user groups can be set up in Birst to further grant or restrict access to the consumer spaces. You must be a member of the Model Administrator or Consumer Administrator security group to create new groups.
