Multiview Scheduler (MVS)

Create simple shifts in ASV

Users can create simple shifts for any start time and end time using the New Ad-Hoc button in ASV. Simple shifts are not associated with a shift label, and they are represented in scheduling screens using the shift's start and end times.

See "Creating ad-hoc shifts using the New Ad Hoc button" in the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

Enhancements in MVS to support day cut in Schedule Compliance rules

The MVS scheduling screens have been updated for schedule compliance rules that use the Enforce Calendar Day Cut option. When this option is enabled, schedule compliance violations for these rules are applied to the calendar date when the violation occurs, instead of the work date of the shift.

Temporary team members can claim billboard shifts

Billboard groups can be configured to allow employees with temporary team assignments to claim billboard shifts. This is enabled by selecting the Include Non-Home Team check box in the Billboard Group maintenance form.

See "Creating billboard groups" in the Infor Workforce Management Shift Billboard Implementation Guide.
