SHIFT_OFFER_SVC

Description:: This registry parameter enables customers to configure the Mobile Shift Offer feature to use the default Blue Yonder/Vortex service or a custom service. The registry parameter is set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA by default, which configures Mobile Shift Offer to use the Blue Yonder/Vortex service. Customers using the Blue Yonder/Vortex service must complete the authentication setup and specify contact information for employees as UDF values.

Note: The Blue Yonder/Vortex service is the only supported service for Mobile Shift Offer in multi-tenant deployments of WFM. Multi-tenant customers using Mobile Shift Offer must set this registry parameter to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA.; See the Infor Workforce Management Mobile Shift Offer Implementation Guide.
