CHECK_LOCKS_ON_SUBMIT

This parameter controls whether overrides are checked against the Hands Off date and timesheet locks when submitted through the Daily Timesheet.

When set to True, overrides are checked against the Hands Off date and timesheet locks. If an override overlaps a locked day, an error is created. Pay group information that is stored in the session is refreshed to allow the timesheet to lock down if the pay group days have advanced.

When set to False, overrides are not checked against the Hands Off date when submitted through the Daily Timesheet.
