This parameter indicates whether users can authorize their own timesheets and approve their own time off requests entered through the Time Off Planner.
When set to true, users can authorize their own timesheets and approve their own time off requests entered through the Time Off Planner.
When set to false, users cannot authorize their own timesheets nor approve their own time off requests.
Note: This parameter applies to the whole system and not to individual users. This parameter does not affect what timesheets users can view. - Valid values
